Kristina Haus is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2011, and completed her undergraduate degree at IUPUI in Psychology in 2005. Kristina and her husband Joshua currently own and operate Authentic Life Counseling, LLC and have two children, Emily and Austin. Previously, Kristina worked as a therapist and an addictions and anger groups teacher for Penrod Counseling Center in Avon. Kristina’s graduate training majorly consisted of hours counseling couples, with a variety of relational and sexual issues, blended families, play therapy with school aged children, and individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, cultural assimilation issues, sexual issues, relational problems and those in crisis. She is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. In 2016, Kristina became a certified facilitator for the PREPARE & ENRICH marriage assessment. Michael A. Cesnik is a counseling professional who possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from S.Meinrad College, a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Butler University. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist. Michael has worked as a clinical and addictions therapist at Centerstone of Indiana and at Meadows Hospital in Bloomington. He has also worked as a therapist at Midtown Mental Health Center, Catholic Social Services in Indianapolis and Bloomington, and Penrod Counseling Center. He has had experience with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings which include groups, individual and family counseling sessions. Michael believes there is hope for each person, regardless of their past history, provided that they are willing to do the necessary work to make positive change in their lives.

Lauryn Montgomery is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health currently pursuing full licensure in the state of Indiana. Lauryn has previously worked at Fairbanks Alcohol and Drug Addiction Treatment Center co-leading group therapy as well as in private practice at Life Solutions Counseling Associates. In addition to her time at Authentic Life Counseling, she currently serves as a school-based therapist with Cummins Behavioral Health working with adolescents age 10-15. Lauryn and her husband, Brandon, have been married for 12 years and have one son, Micah. Lauryn has received training in trauma therapy for adults as well as for children and adolescents.
